My husband loves their limited edition Firemelon. The sauces are so good that I decided to carry their brand at CVA Products. Made right here in Fort Worth by a group of friends, Freaky Ferments creates unique, small-batch sauces through a natural fermentation process that brings out incredible flavors with much less vinegar. No artificial fillers or preservatives here—just pure, handcrafted goodness.

Roasted Hatch Chile
Hatch Chilies are a variety of green peppers grown in an area of New Mexico called the Hatch Valley. The growing conditions in this area are unique and help give this particular pepper its signature flavor. Each September in Fort Worth our markets fill with these beautiful peppers and Hatch Chile festivals take place. Doing what we do best, we fermented them with a few other fresh ingredients and bottled this Roasted Hatch Chile Hot Sauce by hand for you. We hope you love it as much as we do.
